Free Strength Training for Seniors 60+

Two seniors, ages 60+, are exercising with dumbbells, enthusiastically promoting free strength training sessions on specific Tuesdays.

Maintain stability, minimize fall risks, improve mental health, and stay flexible by moving your body! Practice low-intensity movements with Lauren Mandelkow, DPT, who will show you how to exercise every muscle group for better overall health. All fitness levels welcome! Training available in English and Spanish.
