Jason Paret has led CI Health since January 2016. In his 30+ years in healthcare, his leadership has helped organizations achieve significant operating and financial improvements. He also has substantial experience in facility construction, leading projects in the $20-$50 million range. In 2023 and 2024, Becker's Hospital Review named Paret one of its Community Hospital CEOs to Know. He holds an MBA from the University of Alaska Southeast and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Paret (pronounced “pa – ray”) and his wife Aimee, an Avalon school teacher, have a son and a daughter. Even before coming to Catalina, island life was not new to the Paret family, who've lived in Australia, Hawaii, and islands in Alaska.
