Centro Cha will provide assistance with DACA and citizenship forms for individuals and families. They have 18 slots open for one-on-one appointments. Appointments must be made ahead of time by calling (562) 612-1407.

Catalina Island Health offers information about Acute Transitional Care and Case Managers, harm reduction info and FREE Naloxone and Fentanyl test strips, and provide help with Patient Portal sign-in and use. Social workers and clinic staff will be available to answer your questions.

LA Care Health Plan offers info on Medi-Cal eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and more—plus giveaways and materials to help you understand your health coverage.

Elements Pharmacy offers flu, COVID, RSV, pneumonia & shingles vaccines for adults & kids, insured or not. Requirements may apply for uninsured patients.

IDSGT Foundation supports low-income, homeless, and isolated seniors in LA County with inclusive programs, housing help, advocacy, and system navigation support.

Hemophilia Council promotes access to care and improves quality of life for those with bleeding disorders through advocacy, education, and outreach statewide.

SCAG shares info on regional issues. This April, they're focusing on broadband access with a survey to improve high-speed internet for Catalina Island residents.

The LA County Department of Social Services supports Catalina Island residents with vital services, including financial assistance, housing support, and access to essential resources.

Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal provides support and information on state programs, helping constituents navigate resources and address local concerns.

The LA County Department of Mental Health offers Catalina Island residents in-person, phone, or telehealth therapy, case management, and medication support services.

Supervisor Janice Hahn represents LA County's 4th District, offering services like affordable housing support, homelessness solutions, and vital healthcare funding for Catalina Island.

ÓRALE is an immigrant-led organization focused on justice, empowerment, and ending criminalization. They offer advocacy, leadership, and wellness for BIPOC and undocumented communities.

The Los Angeles County Clerk offers Catalina Island residents services such as marriage licenses, fictitious business name filings, and notary public registration.

The City of Avalon provides information on recreation programs, bike helmets and safety, solid waste services, and more to help residents access essential city services and activities.

The Avalon Fire Department protects Catalina Island with fire suppression, emergency medical services, and wildfire response. At the Resource Fair, the Department will be conducting a survey by the local hazard mitigation officer.

Pleitez Dental offers expert advice on brushing, flossing, cleanings, healthy gums, and overall dental care to support lasting oral health.

The LA County Department of Aging & Disabilities helps older adults and people with disabilities access housing, transportation, caregiver support, and legal aid.

The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) coordinates housing, shelter, outreach, and supportive services to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) provides crisis support, education, advocacy, and community programs to prevent suicide and support those affected.

The California Employment Development Department (EDD) provides unemployment, disability, and paid family leave benefits, job search assistance, and payroll tax services.

Worksite Wellness LA provides culturally tailored health education, enrollment assistance, and referrals to improve access to care for underserved LA workers.

Housing Rights Center educates about and advocates for fair housing, helping all people access and afford the housing they choose—free from discrimination. Don't miss their housing rights workshop.

Senator Adam Schiff and his office assist Californians with federal agency issues, grant guidance, internships, and help navigating government services.

Senator Lena Gonzalez' office provides information and support on State programs, helping constituents access resources, services, and navigate state services.

Congressman Robert Garcia's office provides information and support on federal programs, helping constituents navigate and access resources and services at the federal level.

Long Beach Residents Empowered (LiBRE) advances justice by creating affordable housing, protecting renters, and promoting community economic development in underserved areas.

Tarzana Treatment Centers offers substance use counseling, case management, and support groups in Avalon, plus virtual mental health support and inpatient treatment in Long Beach.

NAMI Los Angeles offers free mental health resources, support, education, and advocacy for families in crisis, with services in English and Spanish, including support groups.

Southern California Edison provides information and support on utilities and programs, helping customers access energy solutions, rebates, and assistance for a sustainable future.

Disability Rights California (DRC) offers legal help, abuse investigations, rights protection, referrals, outreach, and advocacy to support and empower people with disabilities.

CORE Center offers substance use disorder screenings, treatment referrals, prevention education (in-person/virtual), overdose education, and free Naloxone (Narcan).

OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center offers hybrid Spanish grief groups, English online support groups, and grief education workshops for professionals and the community.

The Avalon Library offers Catalina residents books, digital media, public computers, creative programs, and free California State Parks passes.

Tarzana Treatment Centers College offers training and certification for individuals with lived experience to become substance use disorder counselors or peer support specialists.

The Department of Rehabilitation helps disabled job seekers of all ages prepare for, find, retain, and advance in employment through vocational rehabilitation and support services.
