May's community health talk is understanding gut health with Dr. Warren!

Join us for this month's Community Health Talk where Dr. Aimee Warren will talk about how your gut microbiome impacts your overall health. She will describe what it is and how it affects your body from the digestion of food to your immune system, central nervous system, and other bodily functions, followed by a discussion with tips to improve your gut microbiome. Refreshments and lite snacks will be provided.

Attendees are encouraged to ask questions throughout. Spanish translation will also be offered. Live stream available on CIH Facebook and YouTube channel.
