Parent of guardian must be present for minors.

DATES: EVERY THURSDAY
TIME: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Vaccination will continue until supplies are exhausted.

We require all individuals that are receiving the vaccine to show proof of age.

*Notice - as of 8/24, CI Health currently only has doses of Moderna available and can only vaccinate those 18 years and older.
