Maintain stability, minimize fall risks, improve mental health, and stay flexible by moving your body! Practice low-intensity movements with Natalie Latshaw (PT, DPT) who will show you how to exercise every muscle group for better overall health. All fitness levels welcome! Available in English and Spanish.
