COVID-19 Vaccine Not Yet Approved for use in the United States

CI Health is asking our community to join us as we continue efforts to decrease the spread of COVID 19 by wearing masks and social distance.

We have had a lot of questions about the availability of a vaccine for COVID 19. The vaccine is not yet approved for use in the United States. CI Health is prepared to distribute this vaccine to our community as soon as it becomes available.
