Join us for a full-body workout led by one of our physical therapists in the back of the new Catalina Island Fitness and Physical Therapy Center. We will be hitting all of the major muscle groups in a circuit-style training utilizing weights, mats, and our own bodies. We will be finishing with some active recovery movements. All exercises will be scalable and minimal prior workout experience is needed as we will be walking through each exercise together. Please come prepared with workout attire, a water bottle, and plan to arrive early to check in and sign your waiver.
