High Dose Flu Vaccines Available at CI Health Clinc

For patients 65 and older, walk-ins are available at the CI Health Health Clinic on the following dates. First come first served, please bring your insurance card.

Walk-in Dates for Patients 65 & Older:
November 17th & 24th
9AM - 1PM
