FREE strength training classes for people 60+ every Tuesday in March! All fitness levels welcome! Training available in English and Spanish.

Maintain stability, minimize fall risks, improve mental health, and stay flexible by moving your body! Practice low-intensity movements with Natalie Latshaw, PT, DPT, who will show you how to exercise every muscle group for better overall health.
