COVID-19 Vaccines by Appointment:
COVID-19 vaccines are offered by appointment only at CI Health every Wednesday between the hours of 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm.
All approved doses and boosters available.

If you wish to get tested at CI Health please call (310) 510-0096 to schedule an appointment.
If you do not have insurance coverage the cost for testing is as follows:
Covid-19 Swabs/ pricing:
COVID ANTIGEN (AG), FIA (IN-HOUSE) $60.00
SARS-COV-2 RNA, QUALITATIVE REAL-TIME RT-PCR $200.00
Payment is required at the time of testing.
