Perfect for pre and post-hydration for the 50k/50m race. This IV includes 1 liter of saline, multivitamins, calcium, and magnesium, with an optional addition of glutathione for enhanced recovery.

Most appointments last 1-1.5 hours and will take place in the MedSpa portion of the Catalina Island Health medical clinic and offices.
